At Hello Fearless, we design apparel to empower and endure. If your item doesn't live up to those standards or doesn't fit the fearless lifestyle you lead, we're committed to setting it right.

Domestic Exchanges/Returns

You can initiate your exchange or return by visiting our online returns center. Simply enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

Handling Returns from Promotions

For items purchased as part of a promotional offer, please contact our customer service via email with your order number. Specify the product you wish to return. The refund amount will reflect the promotional discount applied at the time of purchase.

Warranty Claims

If your item exhibits defects beyond normal wear and tear or deteriorates prematurely, please send an email to contact@hellofearless.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a fair resolution.

Extended Warranty Coverage

For items that develop issues beyond the 45-day return window due to manufacturing defects, we offer an extended warranty service up to 365 days from the date of purchase. Contact us with details of the issue to claim this service.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, stickers, patches, or gift cards.

International Exchanges and Returns

International returns and exchanges are accepted under the same 45-day policy for unwashed and unworn items. Contact us at contact@hellofearless.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service at contact@hellofearless.com. We'll do our best to resolve the issue, although a replacement cannot be guaranteed.

We Do Not Accept Returns After 45 Days

Beyond 45 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, within 365 days of purchase, we will address any defects that occur outside of normal wear and tear as part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
